They are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and adding a festive touch to your Easter table.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegan mini chocolate eggs or candies, for decoration

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to a bowl

Mix the ingredients together until they are well blended

Small pieces of the mixture should be pressed out into the shape of nests on a baking sheet that has felt paper on it

To make each nest look like a bird's nest, make a hole in the middle of each one

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are starting to turn golden

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down all the way

Put a vegan mini chocolate egg or candy in the middle of each nest after it has cooled

Serve these tasty vegan Easter treats and enjoy them!
